Looks as if the problem occurs for apparent positions only, but for
all objects, in ephemerides. (Select J2000, B1950, mean positions of
date, etc., and all will work correctly.)

This was (I think) relatively easy to fix. I'd suggest backing up your
copy of 'guide9.exe' in case I'm wrong about this... but I think that if
you replace it with this :

http://www.projectpluto.com/temp/guide9.exe

you will find that it works correctly. Please let me know if you do
see any problems with it.
