Hi Bill,

When I set the Time Menu to exactly 1 Aug 2017 at 00:00 UT, then the Legend shows 00:01 UT. Everything is okay with the planet trail.

When I change the Legend Time back 1 second to 00:00 using the mouse, then the problem appears in the planet trail.
