Problems with updates comets and asteroids.

Hello;
I reinstalled the guide 9 and I again had problems for actuializacion of comets and asteroids producing a download error.
On another occasion the same thing happened to me and I had to change something in the settings guide9.
I've updated the program to version 9.1 guide and the error keeps coming.
Someone can tell me that devo to do so you can download the comets and asteroids without problems.
I also want to download the occultations of stars by asteroids the years 2016 and 2017.
Someone could I pass links.
I would also like to put in the guide 9, the variable stars catalog WDS.
Someone could pass me the download site.
