Hi,
I've been running Guide 8 on different Debian versions under Wine without any issues for years. Any time I have to change laptop or OS version, I just copy the Guide directory and I'm up and running in no time.

Believe it or not I run Guide 8 and Guide 9 in EcomStation, the current version of time honored OS2 Warp of IBM. I use ODIN to emulate Windows32 code.

It runs flawlessly.
