Replace the similar line with this,

^Click to download updated (MPC) comet data and add it to
Guide//dhttp://www.minorplanetcenter.org/iau/Ephemerides/Comets/Soft02Cmt.txt
soft02cm.txt^

The french server is off line and guide tries to access it without
success. I remove the french site, solve the problem but now only
limited to one location.
