The problem is the guide9.exe file.
Well, I decompress the update folder in the only guide9 I have in the pc and from that moment the program and can not be opened.
No emvargo if I decompress all the update and tell him everything but the guide9.exe update file, the program works perfectly.
I mean that the problem is in the updated file guide9.exe at least working on Windos XP.
Pues descomprimo la actualizacion en la unica carpeta de guide9 que tengo en el pc y desde ese momento el programa ya no se puede abrir.
Sin emvargo si descomprimo toda la actualizacion y le digo que actualice todo menos el archivo guide9.exe, el programa funciona perfectamente.
Osea que el problema esta en el archivo guide9.exe actualizado al menos funcionando en Windos XP.

Actually, it's a little weirder than that. The error is that "Windows
does not have access to the device, specified path or destination",
c:\guide9\guide9.exe. It doesn't say _why_ you don't have access. Perhaps
the file doesn't exist. Or perhaps it is accessible only by an administrator
account, not a user account. Or maybe the file _does_ exist, but in
some other folder.
So in this case, I would investigate:
Does the file 'guide9.exe' actually exist in the c:\guide9 folder? (If
not, search the hard drive to see if Guide is actually installed in some
other folder.)
Can you run Guide if you are an administrator?
