I've posted the latest version of the galactic nova dataset at

There is an older version of this list baked into the Guide 9.0
DVDs. Since then, several new novae have been found (is 'new nova'
redundant?) and the dataset has been extended with more data: extra
cross-references, dates of discovery, and identifications with PNV
and TCP designations. Merging with and cross-checking against the
IAU's list of galactic novae turned up some errors in both lists;
this list is now correct (the IAU list hasn't been updated since 2010).
