Error in the latest update guide9.0

Hello;

As he had said in previous messages when you install the latest update to 9.0 guide (Last updated May 14 2015)
Trying to open the program from the direct link whenever I get this notice;

If I say do not ask me more when you restart your PC and try to access the guide 9.0 error and I can not open the program.

This update is required to access the URAT1 why would ask if anyone knows how to fix this aydara me please.

Como habia dicho en anteriores mensajes al instalar la ultima actualizacion de guide 9.0 ( Last updated 2015 May 14 )
Al intentar abrir el programa desde el enlace directo siempre me sale este aviso;

Si le digo que no me pregunte mas al reiniciar el pc y intentar acceder al guide 9.0 me de error y no se puede abrir el programa.

Esta actualizacion es necesaria para acceder al urat1 por eso pediria que si alguien sabe como solucionar esto me aydara por favor.
