had the same problem this morning, but had not thought that it could be linked to the update !

Guide was complaining about "z.nam cannot be accessed" (or something like this). Seems to have to to with the (hidden) NTFS system on newer Windows.

I managed to resolve it by changing the owner (resetting the ownerhip rights to administrator) for the whole Guide folder (uincluding subfolders and files). I have a programm called NPT64 (from dbc.studio --> google, don't know whether it is allowed to give links here) to do that, otherwise it is very complicated to do.
