Help dot works

Hello,

my observatories PC have fallen.

I had to strike up the company system anew, Windows XP.
Besides, I have anew struck up guide.

Now, unfortunately, the "help" function does not function like "glossary" Quick info" etc. any more.

Even if I type the key "M" for Messier, the system hangs itself.

Otherwise everything goes.

All files are there apparently.

I would need help.
