But there is no "Disable Visual Themes" available in the right-click "Properties" option on my Windows 8.1 64 bit laptop.  There is on my Windows 7 64 bit PC, but not in Windows 8.1.  Having the toolbar icons spread out rather than close together isn't a horrible problem, but I'd much prefer them to be close together on the laptop.  Any other suggestions out there?  The screen resolution is 1920x1080, if that makes any difference.
