I fount it in deutsch.dat!
If you search for Motion then you get it. I also added “/Sec and arcsecond/Sec:

0.010417,0.041667: Motion is %.5lf ^RA second^s/Sec in RA, %.5lf ^arcsecond^s/Sec in dec\n
