True. There are some cases where an icon simply hasn't been created yet
for a given function. I was usually able to re-use something that wasn't
too far off, but not always.

Hmmm... I think I am unable to replicate this, unless you mean "in full
screen mode, there is no toolbar"? This is true, and is the expected
behavior. If the toolbar does not reappear when you leave full screen
mode, then _that_ is definitely a problem.

If so, I'd ask: if you go into Settings... Toolbar, is "Show Toolbar"
checked? If it has become unchecked, does checking it cause the toolbar
to reappear?
