Looks like I may have the small problem too.   Except my double labels show up with the minor planets after I have 'imported' MPC comet/asteroid data.  An example.. 4183 Cuno.  One of the labels is shown as  just 4183 and the 'imported' position shows as (4183) Cuno as that is the way the imported data shows on the text file.   If you zoom in deep enough you get two distinct separate "x" postions a few arc seconds apart.   

 

Hmmm.   any help most appreciated.
