I’m having a problem getting Guide 9 to control my NEQ 6 mount. I can use
EQMod to move the mount either by mouse or with a game-controller. However
despite setting Guide 9 Scope Control to ASCOM scope and both the COM port and
“Other” { to 7 (the same as which drives the mount using EQMod or the
game-controller), the mount doesn’t move when I tell Guide 9 to “Go-to” an
object. Guide 9 itself does center the object, but the mount doesn’t move at
all. I have searched for a solution on-line but so far haven’t found any
answer.
ps I tried 10 times to join the Yahoo group this morning, but despite
entering (I’m sure) the Captcha data, Yahoo responds with “Sorry an error
occurred while loading the data”.
