Hello all,

I got two reports of a bug when generating ephemerides containing
alt/az positions. I tracked it down to a rather embarrassing error
in the code, fixed it, and it's now posted. The source code,
the on-line orbit solver, and both the 32-bit and 64-bit Windows
versions now include this fix.
