I'm getting ready for another summer session with students at PMO, and our target this year is (25) Phocaea. I've downloaded some older observations from the MPC, and am adding some of my own as a test, just to make sure everything is working.

Whenever I open the observation file in Find_Orb (Windows, 64 bit, Apr 20 2017 Version) my added observations are disabled, and marked with an X. I can select them, click Toggle Obs, and they are then enabled and I can process all the data. The resulting solution looks good and my observations have very small residuals.

Any idea why they are disabled on initial loading?
