I got these (draft) measures via SkyMorph:

J78W07E P1956 03 10.37431 12 42 58.82 +02 28 41.3 red image - begin of trail
J78W07E P1956 03 10.40556 12 42 57.43 +02 28 50.1 red image - end of trail

Can someone, please, check that this is really (6995) asteroid ?
If the answer is yes, then:
- refine the above mesurements with particular attention to the timing issue

According to a suggestion kindly given by Bill Gray in the Find_Orb group , the time residuals are too high... about 7 minutes.
Before looking for other explanations, it is wise to check whether this is just the result of a not (enough) accurate astrometric measure.
