"Pseudo-MPEC" for Mars I

Note that this is based on Mars Express astrometry, available here.
Perturbations due to Deimos are not included, and probably matter at this level. There are some weird errors, almost entirely in timing. It almost looks as if somebody didn't adjust for leap seconds?
Note also that the data is only loosely in the usual 80-column MPC format. I used some Find_Orb specific extensions to the MPC format. Dates for the (809) data were given in JD form, and the RAs and decs were in decimal degrees. For Mars Express, the new (and Find_Orb specific) (MEx) "MPC" code was added; the Cartesian coordinate offsets are similar to the sort you'd see for MPC satellite observations, but are referenced to the center of Mars instead of the geocenter. Look in the file rovers.txt (part of the Find_Orb package) to see how extraterrestrial stations can be added.
The ephemeris is from Curiosity (Mars Science Laboratory), in an effort to find a transit of Phobos observed on 2013 August 17. The ephemeris is not quite good enough for that; Phobos misses the sun by .7 degrees. To create the ephemerides in Find_Orb, I had to add Curiosity as an "MPC observatory" in rovers.txt, with "MPC code" (MSL).
